Change of mind

We want you to love what you order. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email hello@aimandgrow.com.au with your order number. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons, sensory bin fillers cannot be returned for change of mind once the pouch has been opened.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — including return postage. Email us at hello@aimandgrow.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
